1. Information we process
DOQORA may process account information such as your name, email address, authentication identifier, selected plan and subscription status.
When you use the platform, DOQORA may also process documents you upload, questions submitted to the AI, generated responses, document metadata and usage information required to operate your account.
2. How information is used
Information is used to authenticate users, provide document-analysis features, preserve conversations, apply plan limits, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors and improve platform reliability.
3. Uploaded documents
Uploaded documents are associated with the account that submitted them. Users should only upload documents they are legally permitted to process.
Do not upload passwords, payment-card numbers, government identification documents or highly sensitive information unless it is strictly necessary and you understand the associated risks.
4. Service providers
DOQORA relies on infrastructure and service providers for authentication, database storage, hosting, artificial-intelligence processing and subscription management. These providers process information only as needed to deliver their respective services.
5. Payments
Subscription payments are processed by the payment provider displayed during checkout. DOQORA does not directly store complete payment-card information.
6. Data retention
Information may be retained while an account remains active and for a reasonable period afterward when required for security, dispute resolution, legal compliance or service operation.
7. Security
DOQORA uses technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect user information. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security.
8. User choices
Users may request information about their account, request correction of inaccurate account data or ask about account deletion by contacting DOQORA.
9. Children
Users must meet the minimum age required by the laws applicable in their country or use the service with the authorization of a parent, guardian or educational institution when required.
10. Policy changes
This policy may be updated as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date shown at the top of this page.

12. Legal bases and purposes
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, DOQORA may process personal data as necessary to provide the service requested by the user, for legitimate interests such as security, fraud prevention and service reliability, to comply with legal obligations, and on the basis of consent for optional measurement or similar processing when consent is required.
Personal data is processed for defined purposes connected with operating, securing, supporting and improving DOQORA, managing subscriptions, preventing abuse and measuring product performance.
13. Artificial intelligence, providers and international processing
DOQORA is an AI-powered document service. Documents, prompts, relevant document context and generated responses may be processed as necessary to provide the AI features requested by the user. AI-generated information can be inaccurate and important information should be verified.
Depending on the feature used, service providers may include Supabase for authentication, database and storage services; Vercel for hosting, performance and analytics infrastructure; OpenRouter for AI model and embedding routing; Lemon Squeezy for subscription and billing services; Resend for transactional email; and Google Ads for advertising measurement when enabled through the user's privacy choice.
Service providers may process information in countries different from the user's country. Applicable protections depend on the provider, processing activity and applicable law.
14. Consent, retention, deletion and privacy rights
Google advertising and analytics storage signals are denied by default until the user chooses to allow measurement through DOQORA's privacy controls. The stored choice can later be changed.
Users can delete individual documents from DOQORA. The document-deletion flow removes associated application data and attempts to remove the stored document file. Requests concerning complete account deletion may currently be submitted through the DOQORA contact page.
Certain records may be retained for a limited period when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, billing, backups or legal obligations.
Depending on applicable law, users may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, withdraw consent where processing depends on consent, and complain to a competent data-protection authority.
