You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping access to your authentication provider secure. Account information must be accurate and must not impersonate another person.

DOQORA may be used to read, summarize, explain and study documents that you have the legal right to process.

You may not use DOQORA to violate laws, infringe intellectual-property rights, access another person's information without authorization, attack the platform or interfere with its operation.

You retain responsibility for documents and prompts submitted through your account. You confirm that you possess the rights and permissions necessary to process that content.

Artificial-intelligence responses may contain mistakes, omissions or incomplete interpretations. Users must verify important information against the original document and other reliable sources.

DOQORA does not replace qualified legal, medical, financial, academic or other professional advice.

Each plan may include limits for documents, artificial-intelligence requests, file sizes or other resources. Current limits are displayed within the platform or on the pricing page.

Paid plans renew according to the billing period presented during checkout. Subscription management, available payment methods, cancellation and billing information are handled through the customer portal or payment provider.

DOQORA aims to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be modified, suspended or temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security or technical reasons.

Access may be restricted or suspended when an account violates these terms, creates security risks, attempts to bypass plan limits or harms other users or the platform.

The platform is provided on an available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, DOQORA does not guarantee that generated responses will be accurate, complete or suitable for every purpose.

These terms may be updated as DOQORA changes. Continued use following an effective update may constitute acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by applicable law.

DOQORA uses artificial intelligence to analyze documents and generate responses. Outputs may contain errors, omissions or outdated information.

Important results should be reviewed before they are relied upon, especially for legal, medical, financial, academic, safety-related or other high-impact decisions.

You retain your rights in documents and other content you submit. You grant DOQORA a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, transmit, transform and process that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure and provide the service and features you request.

You must have the legal right to upload and process the content you submit. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content to DOQORA.

Paid subscriptions may be managed through billing tools made available by DOQORA or its billing provider. Cancellation affects future renewal according to the effective conditions shown in the billing flow.

Refunds, cancellation rights and consumer protections remain subject to applicable law and the conditions presented during purchase. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
